At Carter and Holmes Orchids, we take pride in the health and quality of our plants; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a resolution.
Return Process
- 1.Inspect Your Shipment
Upon arrival, carefully unpack your orchids and inspect them for any signs of transit damage or health issues caused by extreme temperatures.
- 2.Document the Issue
Take clear photographs of the plants, the packaging materials, and the shipping box to help us process your claim with the carrier.
- 3.Contact Customer Service
Email our support team with your order number and photos to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and specific care instructions.
- 4.Resolution and Replacement
Once your claim is verified, we will arrange for a replacement shipment or issue a store credit depending on seasonal availability and plant stock.
